The staff at front fest was excellent ,but you really need to change the attitude about cleaning I did not like that I think if I pay to stay I should have room clean every day and clean towels 7 and something dollars for a room and clean only one time no good

Et typisk New York Hotel til prisen. Værelset var ikke så stort, men vi var kun to personer. Morgenmad var i orden, og der var masser af kaffe.
It’s an amazing place Our stay was good, the people at the front desk and the people in the hotel were very nice and friendly. The breakfast was good. Room service was very pleasant after a long day out. I’d recommend it. It is very family friendly.

Staff were super friendly and helped out all the time. Rooms met our expectations and was a great place to put your feet up after a long day of walking. Breakfast options were limited but that was no fault of the property just lots of people taking lots of food. Breakfast tasted good for what we had....and appreciated that breakfast was included as it seemed not to many nyc hotels had that option. Overall great stay and definitely would stay again!
