The room itself was clean and comfortable, as was the lobby, typical for Hampton Inn. Staff were courteous and helpful at check-in, etc. One concern: the tiled floor was slippery when my feet were wet form the shower. Breakfast was OK, but some items were cold.
Location is near to Penn station provides frequent connectivity. Nice and clean.. friendly staff..
Not quiet easily heard the room next to me all night
Great location. Small rooms (king and double/double) , Great air conditioning, staff super nice and friendly. Breakfast is ok, standard (and the same everyday). Ice machine only in some floors. Elevators were working properly and fast- at checkout time maybe a little delay for obvious reasons, You can here people from the room adjacent to yours- that was a bit annoying.
The Hampton Inn Madison Square Garden was a great place to stay. The rates were reasonable and the location is within walking distance or subway to all the best attractions in Manhattan. I highly recommend this hotel.
