Property was ok. Wish ice machine worked properly
チェックインの時ルームクリーンはリクエストの時と説明されましたが、結局毎日来てくれました。部屋にセイフティBOXが無く少し不便（不安）でした。駅やレストランからは近く便利な場所です。朝食付きが有難かったのですが、野菜はポテトだけでした。部屋のシャワーヘッドがホース付きでなく壁に固定であり使いづらかったですが、それ以外は大丈夫でした
Room and hotel were fine. Breakfast room was crowded and took a while for coffee to be refilled. Main issue was having to wait for the elevators. We had to wait for four elevators trying to come down to check out. Service staff uses elevators for work and it is hard for guests to get on.

Ótimo benefício para família que for passear em NY Boa localização, fácil acesso aos principais pontos da cidade e perto do metro. O café da manhã é razoável, mas pode ser considerado um plus em comparação com hotéis similares da mesma categoria. Great location with a comfy bed and decent sized room for New York. The free breakfast was decent as well although it was difficult to get a seat at times. Cleanliness let the hotel down, when we arrived there was a nasty looking stain on the bed (which they changed for us straight away, but it shouldn’t have been there). Other areas of the hotel also looked a little run down and weren’t the cleanest.
Good and bad. The staff was very friendly. The beds were super comfy. The location was perfect. The plug in the sink in the bathroom was stuck, so the water didn't drain. The shower pressure in the shower was not great and it took forever to get any hot water. The price was outrageous for the night, though.
