Lage des Hotels sehr gut. Frühstück übertraf Erwartungen. Zimmer sehr klein, für Aufenthalt außer Schlafen nicht geeignet.

Wifi is very poor
Hotel ist okay. Man schläft ja nur dort. Die Betten sind gut. Das Hotel ist etwas älter. Die Mitarbeiter waren sehr freundlich. Frühstück ist kontinental und ist ausreichend für den Start in den Tag. Lage ist sehr zentral. Subway in unmittelbarer Nähe.
Alles war soweit gut man kann auch mal im Bad die Flaschen auffüllen und nicht immer nur die Handtücher wechseln und das viele Plastik beim Frühstück geht gar nicht
Walking distance to Times Square and Subway. Staff were friendly and efficient. Two elevators are not sufficient.
The hotel is understaffed, breakfast area is too congested. The elevator is slow and wait times are too high in peak hours. I had to wait 20 mins to go lobby for breakfast.
We was staying there for one week and from ours arriving we don’t have no shower gel no shampoos and we need to beg for toilet paper. Cleaning service VERY POOR!!!!
Dead cockroach in the room,no shampoo and conditioner in the shower,shower door would not close,difficult to get hold of front desk,
