Lift was not working half of the time. Had to wait for 15mins every time
One elevator was broken the whole time I stayed there and the other elevator, serviced the needs of 31 floors had too much traffic.
Clean, hotel with friendly staff. Elevator was not reliable. Would have to take the stairs from my 11th floor room but able to catch for the trip up.
Le falta mantenimiento al hotel, muchas cosas no funcionan, se descompuso el elevador, tenía que bajar 25 pisos caminando, la máquina de hielo no funcionaba. Tiene una buena ubicación.
Very nice and clean hotel 5 minutes from Times Square. Excellent staff and neighborhood.
My only complaint is about the elevator it was only one elevator working and take us forever going up and down, but service was perfect and the room very clean love it!!!
Discreto hotel in buona posizione Struttura un po' datata ma in buona posizione. Nella stessa zona ho provato di meglio. Fa il suo ma puo' migliorare. Non tornerei.
