The staff were very helpful and really worked to make our stay pleasant. The only downside of the property is there are only two elevators. Sometimes it was very busy. I would stay there again. It’s just good to know if you’re trying to get somewhere in a hurry that there may be times when you might allow a few extra minutes. We were in town site seeing so it wasn’t a problem for us.
The hotel is close enough to Times Square to walk. The beds are clean, the bathroom is updated. But the rest of the room is just old dirty. If you use their parking, make sure you get a receipt showing you do not have a parking balance & it’s taken care of before you leave.
Struttura in pieno centro a Manhattan, pulita, stanza ampia rispetto alla media americana. Colazione buona . Il fatto che sia compresa nel prezzo fa fare 1000 stelle alla struttura ( la colazione a NY ti costa un rene). Super consigliata!!

We have just returned from a 5 night stay. Two adults and two children age 7 and 10. We had a great stay, the staff were so helpful and couldn’t do enough for us. The buffet breakfast was amazing and the member of staff who makes the waffles every morning was so kind to my two boys. The rooms were good, we had two queen sized beds and it was more than enough for us. The room got cleaned and towels changed everyday.
