Expect to walk stairs during your stay The elevator wait times are outlandish, waiting 15 - 20 mins to get on an elevator in the AM for breakfast from 8-10am was terrible. Breakfast was overcrowded with little to no room to get to the back room for breakfast and it had limited seating. After the main rush for breakfast there was the rush for people checking out and checking into the hotel with suitcases stored all over the lobby. The elevator wait continued. Staff was lovely and welcoming…incredibly comfortable room and easy access to theatre!!!
Check in and check out were smooth. No delay. The hotel is very centrally located and convenient to everything. We booked a room inc. breakfast and the breakfast was great. Plenty of hot and cold options. Highlight was the freshly cooked waffle and the lovely man who made them for us (unfortunately I didn't ask his name) He greeted everyone in the mornings with a smile. The room and the bathroom were clean. We were very happy with our 4 night stay.
It’s great location and great staff only bad part is elevator’s waiting time in morning there are just 2 elevator for 32 floors with 100+ rooms
The overall cleanliness of the property was below par, our room had a few broken items, we booked a room with two beds since our teen age son was with us, the first day they put us in a room with king bed only, we had to ask for lots of blankets to make a bed in the floor for him. Not a good experience.
Very good location Kind stuff And tasty breakfast
The room wasn’t very clean and when we checked in the man was very abrupt.
