Sehr freundliches Personal - sehr hilfsbereit. Es müsste hier und da mal etwas erneuert werden. Gute und zentrale Lage,für einen Kurztripvöllig ok
Hotel needs some updates. Carpet is dingy as well as the slow elevators. Rooms are tiny, but sufficient. Hotel staff was friendly, but language barriers with cleaning staff.
Amazing staff and amazing location. Highly recommend.
Big up for this hotel. It is 8 min walking distance from Time Square 5 min from Bus authority terminal. With the subway shuttle (S) 5 minutes from Grand Central. Breakfast is great. This only issue are the elevators. Our room was at the last floor and some days it took us quiet a time to get down However we will definitely recommend this hotel for its location, room and breakfast.
