Great location, clean and comfortable Great location, hotel is good, clean and well serviced. Breakfast busy early morning but well stocked . Perfect location to walk to major sights. Bring comfy shoes or trainers as you will get your steps in
It was clean but dated! And one of the two elevators was broken the whole time we were there, only on elevator was working. It took forever to get an elevator. We had to walk the whole time and thankfully we were on the 12th floor. Very hot in the hallways.

Nice hotel, the only trouble it’s the elevator, take too long and sometimes you prefer use the stairs
Pleasant stay Close to subway station and within walking distance to many attractions. Room itself was spacious and clean and I liked that I could turn off the AC and it wouldn’t auto restart. They clean the rooms daily unless you leave the DND sign outside. Elevators were slow to get in the morning during peak time (took 10mins once) but outside of peak times, came quickly! Breakfast was good,only the lady(with the glass on the breakfast was NOT friendly when we ask something) I ask Can I have bananas,only what she say was no,we have to ask also for fulling the Bread etc,really not friendly and always with her celphone agains the wall..when i going to the reception( I thenk the G.M.) than I recive the banane Room was good #701 Best regards
Staff worked hard to keep everything clean, desk staff were busy but nice to deal with. Walking distance to times square. Rooms a little small for 4 adults with luggage, but it is new York, so, space is limited everywhere, overall it was a good experience
