It’s a crowded, somewhat messy area of the. It’s. Not surprising and what we expected for the price. Lobby area not impressive but on the upside, free breakfast was good, staff very helpful, room, matress & pillows were very comfortable. It’s a 3 star property and good for location (Amtrak & Port Authority) plus cookies available in the afternoon!
Ok for a quick stay. Wouldn’t stay long term. Our stay was ok. The property did offer a crib for my child and breakfast had an amazing selection . The main issue was the elevator. There’s 2 elevators for 30 or so floors. The wait for the elevator was already very long and then one broke down. Then the other one broke down and we had to call the front desk to get them to send the elevator that was being run manually to our floor. O hotel tem uma localização relativamente boa, próximo a Times Square, embora o entorno na Oitava Avenida seja um pouco desagradável, com bastante movimentação de pessoas consumindo drogas e /ou em situação vulnerável . Apesar disso, não me senti inseguro. O grande problema está no conforto e na limpeza do hotel. O carpete do quarto é extremamente sujo, com odor desagradável. Location is close to everything, the rooms aren't as small as people say and the bathrooms are decently sized too. As many have said maybe a little update on the rooms wouldn't go amiss. Service however? Everything single staff member is friendly, kind and polite but professional. We had a issue on checking in but spoke to Eduardo (he is amazing and very kind) the following day and he resolved it immediately.
