I stayed at this hotel for a couple of nights during a vacation trip. Overall, the experience was fair—nothing extraordinary, but it served the purpose.

It was a nice location. Breakfast was good, but only 2 elevators for the entire hotel including the staff. Our room was musty. And the auditioned was loud and struggling. The staff was very nice but the hotel really was not in great shape.
Property needs a lot of help. Rooms are not what was described.

The location is conveniently within walking distance of Times Square, bus stops, and the train station. The rooms are well-maintained, and both the room and bathroom are kept clean. The housekeeping staff did an excellent job each day. The breakfast was enjoyable, and the person serving the waffles was very kind and friendly. Overall, I had a great stay.

Everything was nice and comfortable overall and we were able to walk to all of the Broadway shows we saw comfortably and to get a Lyft to and from the airport easily from this hotel location. We would stay there again.
