The crew member were super nice, I was staying with my service Dog and they were very friendly.
Alright Our stay was ok. The rooms are small but comfortable. The breakfast was good. The staff were nice minus the grumpy young lady with dark midlength curly hair. She didnt seem to enjoy her job. Wish we knew about the 30 min to 1hr wait for valet to get our car but its ok. Its nyc. All your ice machines are broken except for one in the lower level thats not listed for ice. The tv channels kept losing signal. And theres only 2 elevators shared by guests and hosuekeeping. So expect to wait 15 to 20 min to possibly get to o... read more
Overall food was great room was clean
Well-situated, easy access to public transport. It’s quiet considering it’s in the Times Square area. The gentleman who runs the breakfast is lovely.
I usually stay at a Hilton hotel when I travel because of the excellent service. This time at the Hampton Inn, we had 3 rooms and had issues with the safe and key card. The safe was dealt with right away and batteries were replaced for the key card. For one of the other rooms, we had issues with the key card constantly and the staff kept saying it was because the key card must have been exposed to a credit card, which it had not.
