My stay here was pleasant. Wasn’t in my room much. I was out in those NY streets. Front desk worker was nice and friendly.

El servicio de limpieza a las Habitaciones muy pobre
AC was not working, maintenance came and check said can’t fix, will get a be room for me, but I was waiting for about 45 minutes still no reply about change room. It was hot that day and my son cried in the room for a long time. The hotel telephone was not working either. I have to go downstairs to speak with front desk and she changed the hotel room for me located next door
The room we stayed in was not as advertised and couldn’t use Shower during our stay cause it never worked properly
