Très bon séjour Séjour de 10 nuits. Chambre très propre et spacieuse. Les équipes sont à notre écoute et réagissent très rapidement en cas de problème. ( toilette bouchée réparée quelques minutes seulement après en avoir averti l’accueil.) Petit déjeuné sympathique Décoration de l’hôtel un peu vieille mais pas pas dérangeant. Bien isolé.

I always enjoy my stay at the Hampton TSS. All of the staff…and I mean all not just front desk…maintenance, kitchen, housekeeping…incredibly pleasant and helpful. I would single out James because I was impressed that he remembered my last stay and details of my family…I can’t remember what I ate last night. The area while not incredibly unsafe has a homeless population but it is typical of the area and quite frankly, they don’t bother you if you don’t engage them…so not offer them food or money because they will scope you ou... read more
The staff at the Hampton was very helpful. We feel the location of the hotel was great, as we were able to walk to may of the sights, i.e. Times Square, Broadway, 30 Rock, Empire State, Madison Square Garden. it was very convenient. The only negative thing was the elevators, which tended to be very busy as the room staff also used the same elevators.
