Sight seeing trip We were in town for a few days sigh seeing. Hotel is in nice central location. Rooms were comfortable and staff was friendly and helpful.
Bon choix C'était mon deuxième séjour dans cet hôtel, à dix ans d'intervalle. Il est très bien situé pour la visite de Manhattan, pour un prix "raisonnable". Le petit déjeuner est correct, même si la salle est petite. Personnel du petit déjeuner très sympathique. Les chambres sont petites, mais c'est NY. Les couloirs sont par contre très vieillissants.
Nice location. Friendly staff! Breakfast included is an extra convenience.

Overall stay was good. Staff was nice. Parking was paid but good service. Breakfast was good too.
When I arrived I noticed a long line to check in and only one person running the desk. The lobby was small, and a little cramped. There were families with children waiting for a long time to check in. I finally checked in and there was a line for the elevators. They were taking a long time. When I got to my room, the electronic key did not work. Maintenance was called and let me in, that said they took a long while to replace the keys.
