Staff was amazing. James front desk manager was wonderful.
The hotel es very clean, the breakfast is good and the location is excellent.

This property is in a convenient location but it doesn’t seem like a very safe area. There seemed to be a few things that needed repairs during our stay but the staff was friendly.
The property is dingy, rooms small, the bathrooms even smaller, only 2 elevators for 32 floors. the food area is dirty and overall not a pleasant place to stay.
