Staff was very polite and friendly. House keeping spoke to me every time I saw them and ask if I need anything.

Would recommend that families be located on first floor. Putting business people or Seniors on upper floor. We had a family above us and since we had to be up at 5:45 and they were very active it made for a limited amount of sleep.
