Excellent facility and staff. The after stay service was outstanding. I left some items in my room and later realizing this, I called back and Ian, the Assistant Manager located them, and sent them to me immediately. Great experience- Great facility!! David Hand Gulf Shores, Alabama

Nice hotel, convenient for our needs The only thing keeping me from awarding 5 stars across the board was our room location. Room 124 is adjacent to the mechanical room. While it didn't keep us awake, you definitely heard mechanical noises (rattling, squealing, and pumps operating) from the bathroom. We stayed 3 nights. Hotel It was a new nice hotel. Rooms were decorated nice, it was clean, kids enjoyed the pool. They said the pool had too much salt in it. No real complaints except the refrigerator didn't get cold enough so we couldn't use it.

Nice, new hotel. Staff were very accommodating. Business center was well appointed with current PC's, printer, and software. Would be nice to have more than two hand towels. Linens were white (not dingy) and soft

Nice, new hotel This hotel is very new. The staff was friendly and the hotel was clean. The housekeeper failed to clean our room on our three day stay. Unfortunately, we were not provided new clean towels or turndown service. On a busy weekend, this makes a difference for my family. The elevator closes very quickly and did injure my elbow. All and all it was a nice place to stay! We really enjoyed the lounge area outside and the bedding was WONDERFUL! I would stay here again.
