Nice clean hotel but that’s it. Newer hotel and very clean. We had to call for assistance to check in. The clerk wasn’t very friendly. We left and came back a couple of times through the day/evening, not once were we ever greeted or acknowledged. When we left in the morning the clerk just looked at us, no smile, no thank you, never asked again if we enjoyed our stay etc. Our bed was ok but the pillows were terrible.

Avoid this hotel!! One of the worst experiences we have had in a hotel. The place sure doesn't live up to its $226 a night price tag. The bed was so lumpy that you could visibly see the indentations in the mattress. We found food in our refrigerator from previous guests. The bathroom smelled of mildew and had so many splatters of toothpaste/spit on the mirror from previous guests. I would definitely not recommend this place to anyone!

The beds were hard as rocks and the pillows were awful. Once you laid on them, they went flat and were hard. Found a flea in one of the beds. System was down when we got there and couldn’t check in. Breakfast was average. No bananas.

First off, zero water pressure in the bathroom sink. Second, the walls and floors are paper thin. You can hear EVERYTHING. I actually went down to the gym and was unable to disconnect my earbuds from my tablet (which was in my room on the 3rd floor), so I couldn’t even lister to music during my workout lol. The breakfast omelette was good. The sausage was terrible.

Family weekend Several family members stayed here for the weekend. We specifically chose the hotel for the indoor pool for the kids. Pool was closed on Saturday afternoon for cleaning filters? Strange for a weekend when families are there. The front desk was apologetic that the pool wasn’t open. When it did open the chlorine fumes were overwhelming. Rooms were clean. Hot breakfast was good and the breakfast staff attentive to keeping it stocked.

For the entirety of our stay the staff was very kind and helpful. The building conditions on the other hand were not as great. From the moment we checked in our door had to be reset for us to be able to get into it. That happened 3 different times. Every time we used the toilet in our room we’d have to stick our hand in the tank so that the toilet would flush. The room wasn’t cleaned well at all. There were beverages left in the mini fridge and our toddler found rock candy on the floor first thing. The mini fridge wasn’t wor... read more
