Being a college student on a budget, it is a relief to know I won't have to pay any out of pocket fees for medical costs. My spaniel had an infected anal gland and had to get it lanced, have a stay in the hospital, and lots of different antibiotics. What would normally cost hundreds of dollars elsewhere was no more than my regular fee. I am so annoyed with Katherine Czernikow Hearn and the like who have referred to "rental animals" and putting profits over pet health. My cat Charlie was brought into the Hannah plan as a cat I had found in a shelter but included in Hannah's Total Lifetime Care along with three other of our shelter/strays that have been part of our family for years.
