After moving in the summer and having a terminally ill sister my family became behind on our Hannah bill. We have 2 dogs and at 186. A month and 3 months behind Hannah forgave our debt and started us fresh. I was so scared that we would lose our babies, but we didn't, AND Hannah said it wasn't a fear. thank you Hannah!!!
We have been a Hannah Pet owner for over two years ... Brando is always happy .. And excited when we arrive for either a vet visit, training, pick up food refills, (we come in from Washington) or just treats... The staff has always greeted us with friendliness and willingness to help... We have been happy with the treatment and concern of the vets, explaining clearly the instructions in giving medicines.. Medications for our pets alone would cost more than the monthly fee! Thanks for taking on our old guy right along with our new little ones.. :)
So far I have been getting 5 star service! I am loving Hannah and I am so happy I joined! I joined last month, against my family's advice as they saw all the bad reviews online and of course they were concerned. Right when I walked into the waiting room to do our tlc exam I was impressed, it doesn't have the typical vet office feel, which put my dog at ease as he doesn't like the vets. Hannah has been amazing to me and my baby girl Puffy! Every employee from the time I started looking into Hannah and enrolled my Guinea to now has ALWAYS been kind, caring and have gone above my expectations which are pretty high!! I am a very proud and happy Pet Parent and love having Hannah there for my baby girls every need and all my worriesomensss lol. Thank you Hannah!
