RecommendedI got my puppy from Hannah 6 months ago and he is allergy ridden and a complete handful! Hannah's team members have been nothing but supportive and helpful no matter what's going on. We've taken Two emergency trips due to his random allergies and they were completely paid for. This is a HUGE relief on someone that lives on a tight budget.
Sometimes I don't think the customer service is always the greatest and they can be somewhat rude...but I absolutely love Hannah and the doctors! My dog recently had surgery and possibly might have died without it...I'm so lucky he was on the TLC and they provided all the medications and food he needed afterwards. I was going to take him off of it after the first year, but now I'm going to keep him on the program! Couldn't be happier!
I LOVE these guys. Helpful, affordable, loving, and knowledgeable. And did I say affordable?! He's gotten all sorts of vet attention and it's all covered as part of their lifetime care. I only have to pay $58 a month and it includes food and meds!!!
