Shadi cleaned my silver cuban link chain and did an absolutely amazing job.
I purchased my wedding band at Hannoush and visit regularly for cleanings and to make sure the gems are secure. Recently, I brought in a ring that had been dropped and run over by a car. One side was quite abraded from being pushed into the pavement. I was helped by Shadi. When I asked him to clean it, he said, "I can do better than that" and brought the ring back looking like new. Shadi was so helpful and kind! He generously and carefully helped my daughter in law with a ring emergency when her hands were swollen. He did so with such care and compassion and kept the integrity of the ring in tact to allow an easy repair when the time comes. We will definitely return and give him all of our business from now on! What a wonderful human!
My partner and I purchased both of our engagement rings through Edita. She was personable, attentive and reasonable throughout the process. We visited the Maine mall store multiple times to finalize our selections and Edita was more than willing to answer all our questions. She was a pleasure to work with. We will be recommending her, as well as the Maine mall store itself, to friends/family in the future. We are very happy customers. :)
