Customer service was exceptional! We had purchased a flawed ring. That was sent off to fix and ended up still having issues. Elizabeth got us all set up with a exchange for a new ring that my wife absolutely loves!! Will continue to use this location for future purchases.

I went to hannush jewelry Braintree mall .They had display of a neglect of 100.00 dollars so I went in and I said I wanted to buy two of them. The sales lady said I would have to order another one so said alrighr.Then she said that the price of the neglect is 200.00 dollars.I said the display said a 100.00 dollars . She said that it was the earrings that was a hundred dollars.I said the neglect was displayed for a hundred. on display. So I said forget about it. After years of asking my husband for a new ring. We went in to see Mel and she convinced my husband that it was time for a new ring. I couldn't be happier with our new purchase and our service. She was very personable, helpful and kind.

I would not recommend bringing your watch there.. I brought 3 watches there they were combo watches they read both digital time and clock hands (two of the watches did not function with the clock hands (Minute and second hands) after they replaced the Lithium batteries .. I paid them $149.00 to replace 3 watch batteries and wound up with two of the three watches broken which they could not fix .
