Customer service was exceptional! We had purchased a flawed ring. That was sent off to fix and ended up still having issues. Elizabeth got us all set up with a exchange for a new ring that my wife absolutely loves!! Will continue to use this location for future purchases.

I went to hannush jewelry Braintree mall .They had display of a neglect of 100.00 dollars so I went in and I said I wanted to buy two of them. The sales lady said I would have to order another one so said alrighr.Then she said that the price of the neglect is 200.00 dollars.I said the display said a 100.00 dollars .
