Hansons did a Fantastic job you put a down payment down then you don't pay the rest until they finish if you want to I love the experience. Will use them again if I need to.
Loukas was helpful, patient, & gave us a thorough understanding of the product. We had fun working with him & plan to do so for other home improvement projects in the future.
Loukas was so wonderful. He walked us through everything, answered countless questions, & gave us great options. We appreciate the number of financing options. We met with another company last week & not only was it shockingly cheaper, the backing is amazing. The lifetime guarantee & follow up service as needed sealed the deal for us. When we’re able, we plan on continuing home improvement with Hansons!
I enjoyed the whole experience until I received the wrong windows. Costumer Service/ project manager was awful and not to mention rude. I was equally at fault for why I received the wrong doors only because I signed off thinking it was what we discussed at the initial meeting. So as long as you get what you ordered 5 stars hands down. Bad bad customer service. Rude and disrespectful. 0 stars

Please avoid using them at all costs. First they said it would take 8-12 weeks to install the door wall. It took about 15 weeks. When they did install the door wall, they cut an electrical line and left a live wire buried in my wall. They also installed the door handle wrong. They had me find the electrician and pay for it, although they did deduct it from my balance. They said said it would take three weeks to get a new door handle, it took five weeks. They did give me a .50 cent credit for the all the problems. Very poor q... read more

The worst company that I think I've ever come in contact with. They had my wife write a "review" before they did the work on Google to get a "discount," and Chris, our salesman, told us that I would be involved in the process if any boards needed replacing(I would get to view the ones needing to be replaced and okay them). They came and did the work on Oct 10; they left a dumpster blocking our whole garage door(they could have moved either way, and it would not have blocked it), nails all over my yard(I have 4 young kids), d... read more

Two months waiting for gutters and downspouts. You are a disappointment to the industry. Work crew on roofing job were rude and left debris every where. The crew should never work for Hansons again
