Liked the product and communication up to the week of the install. However the day of the install I was told by phone, email and text the crew would arrive around noonish. At 3:00pm they had still not arrived. No one at the company could tell me anything. There was no communication that they were running late or even if they were still coming. This was very upsetting. They did come and they did finish my garage roof sometime after 7 pm that evening.
