Excellent sandals
Very efficient in knowing what I needed and what shoes to purchase and having my foot pads made felt like they really cared and too the time to explain what was needed to help my foot pain and posture!
Received excellent friendly service. I needed to do an exchange of a pair of shoes I had ordered online. Was fitted with the better size and was on my way quickly.
Slow to to get waited on ! My second visit and of many visits they did not have my size again ,must special order ! When ordered prepayment wrong for the wrong amount! To ring special order took forever. On picking up my special order there was only one attendant waited for ever I asked is someone at lunch no I'm by my self. Had to return the special order to correct the mistake and to rering the sale took a really long time !!! The lady helping was very kind ,again but to buy a pair of saddles quit an ordeal!!
We went to the Tampa Happy Feet Plus Store. Patricia Gutierrez tested my feet and put me in some very non-hurty shoes. We bought some insoles and I have hope for pain free walking when they come in! This will greatly help us as we are very active seniors in our church and love to serve! Thank you!
