Great holiday spot Pros: setting Cons: room was a little small Beautiful hotel in a great spot. Easy walk into town. Had a nice breakfast at a reasonable cost in a lovely setting.
Great in the off season I went to Harbor View for a business trip, it was a great trip and a great rate for the off season. It was my first trip to the area. Upon arrival we were upgraded to rooms in the main building. Once in my room , which was awesome, I discovered dirty wet towels in items in the trash in the bathroom. I called front desk and they quickly sent someone up to assist with moving to another room. It was just a fluke, but the next room wasn't as nice, it was much smaller. Wonderful hotel Harbor View Hotel is a great hotel in a beautiful setting with spectacular view over the harbor and friendly staff. However, not all rooms offer the view; mine was in the annex in the back and had no view at all. Otherwise a very pleasant hotel.
Highly recommend this hotel. We really enjoyed the hotel. It was well maintained and in a great location. Only negative was the size of the bathroom which was tiny
Great place to stay. Always. Pros: The view from the front porch. We come here at least once or twice a year, and everything is always first class.
Beautiful Stay in MV This was a lovely stay at the Harbor View Inn. The rooms weren't what I had imagined from the website. But we stayed in the General House which does not seem as luxurious. Nevertheless the rooms were clean and comfortable. The staff was very accommodating, especially Darlene the concierge. Location was great in Edgartown. Would recommend to others.
Martha's Vineyard Finest Pros: Comfortable beds and excellent restaurant Location: Easy walk to shops and core area Very friendly and helpful staff. Handled every request immediately. Very comfortable environment. This is a must return.
A wonderful friendly Inn at Martha's Vineyard Location: Best location on the island A wonderful hotel with extremely helpful and friendly staff. Our room was superb and would highly recommend Harbor Inn to all our friends and would love to stay there again.
