Love, love, love their customer service! Bothell branch is the best. If there is ever an issue, agents go out of their way to fix issues and work to make things right. Their products and loan rates are amazing! The only thing is the international transaction fees are not waived and that's a bummer for this traveler. Overall I love this Credit Union!
Tracy was helpful with giving me the resources to apply for a credit card and lower my APR balance on my credit card. She also printed me out a new debit card and gave me information on other resources. I was unaware of. I’ve been with this branch since I was younger and have nothing but great experiences and will remain a member.
Gabby has been amazing made the whole process fast and easy. She delt with all my questions and gave me honest and blunt answers. Definitely deserves a raise. She was was super nice and personable.
Been with Harborstone for years. Best decision my life ditch the bank and join a credit union. I recently was help by Valentino and worlds can’t explain the exceptional service I received. Mr. Flores went above and beyond to help me thru a difficult time I was facing. Outstanding service like always. Harborstone I always been treated like family and they always provided 5 star service
Went in today to the south Tacoma branch to withdraw cash to get my vehicle out of a repair shop. I figured I had enough time (got there at noon) but they were closed. Hours are supposed to be 9-1 but apparently not today. So now my rig sits at the repair shop till I can get cash on Monday.
