Some time back I took out a loan $70,000 to cover part of the cost of a house I bough they put a lean or whatever they call is as securty on my other house. In a couple years I paid them back and then they wanted $25.00 from me to remove the lean that they put on. This was the harbstone on center street tacoma. I paid it and closed my account. I have a lot of money but they will never get another dime from me.
