Some time back I took out a loan $70,000 to cover part of the cost of a house I bough they put a lean or whatever they call is as securty on my other house. In a couple years I paid them back and then they wanted $25.00 from me to remove the lean that they put on. This was the harbstone on center street tacoma. I paid it and closed my account. I have a lot of money but they will never get another dime from me.

When a closing a HELOC there is a fee that the county charges in order to remove the lien on your home, since we take care of this paperwork with the county we collect the charge from our members at the time we close the account, then pay the fee to the county for them.
