My daughter got engaged on May 3 and on August 9 we had her wedding at the Emerald Grande. The wedding staff, mainly our coordinator Emily was amazing! They helped us pull off a destination wedding In the midst of Covid-19 with absolute ease! They were incredibly helpful and made our dreams come true! The Emerald Grande did an amazing job with our wedding that was held on 6/28/20. I cannot tell you how organized and reassuring the staff was as we planned our wedding from afar, all while going through a pandemic. Our guests raved about how nice the wedding was from the ceremony to the reception. They were able to properly social distance our guests as well as provide sanitation stations and masks, if needed during our reception. Emerald Grande was great. Would be 5 stars if pool size matched guest capacity. Lots of activities to do if interested. However do not get suckered into a Wyndham vacation club presentation. Part of the emerald grande is owned by them. We listened, we crunched the numbers...so not worth it and the "credit check" they ran for the timeshare ended up being 2 new wyndham credit cards, one for me and my husband (we got our congrats emails the next day) ... they NEVER said anything about a credit card app (i know we signed for the... read more

I always brings my kids here for the summer and i was disappointed to not see the nice train lady who always takes care my little ones and makes the ride very fun i hope she comes back and i decided to ride the train yesterday and the ride was no fun at all and my kids were very sad to not have the nice lady making them laugh and have fun and missed the balloons they would get from the other girl who also is a very sweet young lady but she didn't drive the train she just made my kids laugh before they got in the little car a... read more
Our vacay from marina del rey california to destin emerald hotel and the village on the water was spectacular! Best chicken wings at harry t. Our family really enjoyed the train ride on the water. The train driver lady red was great fun. We will be back in july 2020 to do it all again. Thanks for a great time!

We stayed the week of Memorial Day. It was a total of 9 of us. We had an amazing time! The staff is extremely nice and outgoing. The grounds are beautiful!! Perfect location, close to a lot of activities. We had an amazing time. We didnt want to leave..

From biloxi miss. Yay ol miss! The grand hotel was only place to rent this time but really impressive .What a great weekend. Got stuck in traffic.We took a train to our boat ride so we wouldnt be late. Train lady red was really funny. After our boat trip there was a free band.the girl with the cowboy hat and guitar was the best. You cant beat that.
