It isn't the place, although rooms were bright, clean and customizable. It isn't the food, although the homemade-tasting peach pie is to die for. And it isn't even the activities, even though they look like fun. It's the people. The ones who will care for your person. Their compassion and expertise separate a baby sitting service from a care facility. Harbour Pt has great people who care.

My grades have changed now that I have experienced an AFH facility and can compare it to HPSL plus what has been done to important employees since new management took over over.

The staff is wonderful and committed to being helpful, kind and very engaging. The facility is beautiful and feels like a nice hotel which we were going for.

Ask a lot of questions so that you fully understand how and why things work the way they do. I am still learning reasons for how things work and the managers are always willing to answer my questions and address my concerns.

We have had a very good experience since moving my mom and dad into Harbour Pointe. The staff has been kind, attentive, responsive, and professional. Any concerns we’ve had have been immediately addressed. Our parents seem happy, content, and love the food! We highly recommend Harbour Poibte!

It seems very nice for people who don't need a lot of care. The facility was much nicer and bigger and the staff was friendly.

Hats off to Race the chef. [name removed] is constantly working to improve the dining room experience such as creating an expanded menu and consulting with the residents to get their input. The Director [name removed] and his whole staff are always very welcoming and helpful to make sure residents are well cared for in their health, emotional, physical, informational, entertainment, and countless other needs. Never had a bad moment with staff here. They are always attentive to my needs. Facility is well maintained. I enjoy the closeness of stores and library. Greenbelt is well maintained and a joy to see year round. [name removed]is fabulous and always pleasant to be around. She has always been warm and welcoming.
