The staff is wonderful and committed to being helpful, kind and very engaging. The facility is beautiful and feels like a nice hotel which we were going for.

We have had a very good experience since moving my mom and dad into Harbour Pointe. The staff has been kind, attentive, responsive, and professional. Any concerns we’ve had have been immediately addressed. Our parents seem happy, content, and love the food! We highly recommend Harbour Poibte!

Never had a bad moment with staff here. They are always attentive to my needs. Facility is well maintained. I enjoy the closeness of stores and library. Greenbelt is well maintained and a joy to see year round. [name removed]is fabulous and always pleasant to be around. She has always been warm and welcoming.

Our family had an in person tour with Harbour Pointe Senior Living and it was lovely and the people we met with were nice. However it was more of an assisted living environment and not enough hands on care as needed for our loved one.

There was a management change earlier this year and it seemed like they were making some changes to add more variety to the activities. The apartment was very nice, large and comfortable. The overall facility was nice but the communication was not good. The Care Director, [name removed] , would rarely respond to our calls, emails or texts. And it took numerous requests over four months to get the closet door repaired.
