My husband was in Harbour Pointe memory care for a total of 3 weeks, the first 2 weeks with 24hr care paid by me. He was supposed to be ok to be cared for by staff according to [name removed] (useless nurse) so I left him 1 week without private nursing and he fell, aspirated and lay on floor nobody knows how long. He lost his life due to this and the fact that he had pneumonia and the nurse [name removed] friend didn’t have enough experience to detect it. [Date removed] I did move my mom into this place but after a week I am ready to move her out. They did not follow thru on their promises and their food is the worst I have ever had. My mom has been sick 3 times in a week.
