We love the room, but it wasn't set up for 3 people, only 2. The closet doors don't work, and the bathroom door doesn't close. Finally limited food options. But overall, enjoyed our stay.

Be aware of billing mistakes due to training issue Our room was nice and it was clean. We enjoyed almost everything about our stay here. The only front desk person clearly was new and not very knowledgeable. It was unfortunate that nearly all dining options were closed. I assume they never opened again after Covid. They really should declare this clearly to guests at the time of booking. Fun place to spend a night. Fun place to spend the night. Appreciate the complimentary drink. Fitness room is fantastic but could stand to be a little cooler (temp.) On a previous stay, I mentioned the nasty smell in the lobby, halls and rooms. Lobby was definitely better this time, but halls and room still not so good. Service at the cafe was great and relatively affordable.

We always stay at HRH when we visit Sioux City multiple times per year. Staff is the best and the rooms are fantastic. Inside restaurant availability is limited, and it would be nice if the rooms had microwaves since you have to eat off property primarily. Still the best place to stay.
