Bed was so hard. Shower handle was broken. And the 30 minute wait at casino was kinda strange and its not posted anywhere. Man at reward card area was very rude. But other then that was a beautiful hotel interesting decor.

All of the staff was very helpful and friendly. Especially the girl who was at the desk and checked us in when we arrived. I forgot her name but she had pretty purple hair. What I didn't like was having very little choices for eating or dining. The main dining room was closed on Sunday and Monday which I was very disappointed with and was surprised that a casino would close the dining room down for 2 days. We had to drive someplace to eat.

Great hotel and casino. Love the music history items throughout the facility. Very friendly staff.

Room service advertised until midnight. Tried to order at 11:00 as we checked in little late and it had closed at 10:00! On a Friday night! I saw the disclosure about it closing earlier without warning but what a shame. Also when we returned to our room around 10:45 the smell of sewer was awful!
