Quick overnight stay. Smells like a bowling alley Needed a quick stay in Sioux City and have had good luck with the Hard Rock Hotel and Casino in Miami. Obviously Sioux City, Iowa isn’t on the same scale as Miami, but it was a very nice hotel and seemed quite clean as well. Checking was very fast and the front desk staff were super friendly and very helpful! Complimentary drinks upon check in were a welcome surprise. The overall ambiance of the hotel was really nice. The front desk staff was friendly. However, the room, while nice in size, was not cleaned properly. Specifically, the bathroom had eyelashes and hair on the shelf and floor. Additionally, the lower shelf where towels are placed had a noticeable layer of dust. So it was obvious that the shelf had not been wiped down in a while nor the floor swept. The beds were very comfortable and all other accommodations were great.
