The staff was very pleasant. The room could have used a chair or couch to sit on. The main restaurant was impossible to get a table at, and the food at Fuel was very disappointing. We were looking forward to using the pool and hot tub but were told they didn’t have the proper chemicals. Since we paid more than $300 for two nights, we ended up less than thrilled.

Staff was rude. Im a combat Vet with Service Dog and upon checking was treated very rude. Desk Clerk is unaware of Federal Service Dog Regulations and simple common courtesy.
