Disappointed I booked for the platinum suite and was downgraded to a regular suite due to the fact they didn’t have any left. No email no nothing. I am honestly thinking about not staying there again. Also the room wasn’t as clean. Disappointed with this stay this time around.

Lovely Stay We had a lovely stay here! It was cozy and quiet and we felt safe with the COVID precautions taken by the staff. We will definitely be back!

Smoking. People smoked throughout the entire casino. Right in front of employees. Ashtrays were sitting on the slot machines. Post covid, the smoke made it impossible to be in the casino.

restaurants were not open - I really wish there was more food options like the buffet and restaurant.
