It feels like they are understaffed, which I understand, however, I always enjoyed visiting, because it was so clean and smelled good. At a time when cleanliness seems critical (at least emotionally) the Casino and rooms were just not up to standards. The bath towels for instance, are months and months overdue for replacement. I think they started out being white, but were all a different shade of dingy gray. I'll be back! Was a very pleasant stay. Service was a bit slow in the restaurant, but waitress apologized for that... otherwise everything was excellent. Hotel staff were as accommodating as could be.
