We are very happy there. The nurses and aides take very good care of [name removed]and he is happy there. Unfortunately he is now on hospice but the fact that he can stay there is another plus.
All at the site were great. From [names removed]in the front office to all the staff who cared for my dad. Even the front office desk staff were wonderful. The level of care was fantastic all the employees seemed very caring. And we're very attentive to my dads needs. I could not say enough good things about my experience with you and your team as well as Care One Harmony village. We would. It have met them if it was not for your team.
They took great care of my mom. The nurses and aides really take the time to get to know each of their assigned residents so they can adequately care for them.
Good care from aides. Nurses can do little more than pass meds. Several things missing in 2 months-clothing, glasses. Nothing has been found. Expected this in a facility. Most important is that the staff cares for the people and give them great care and support.
From the first moment stepping into the building to the moment you leave you feel the warmth, comfort and care you expect from a professional care staff. Having worked in this industry for over 30 years, I honestly feel this group is particularly well situated to care for my loved ones if the needs arise.
I'd say it was very good dealing with dementia patients because it's all they do, and it's one floor dedicated to this, and not just a wing along with other healthcare facilities.
I really liked it there. It is only memory care, which I liked. They could not take my Mom though because she had a wound on her leg. [name removed] was able to take her even with the wound.
We have experienced a very friendly staff & excellent care so far. I feel like we found the right home for my loved one.
The place seemed fine, the people seem nice. I have a very difficult time connecting the price tag with the services provided. I will be making other arrangements for my loved one. I don’t find that there was enough stimulation in terms of activities and entertainment to keep my mom active. I found the room to be very small, though it may be comparable to other facilities.
