I really liked it there. It is only memory care, which I liked. They could not take my Mom though because she had a wound on her leg. [name removed] was able to take her even with the wound.
We have experienced a very friendly staff & excellent care so far. I feel like we found the right home for my loved one.
I can say, with confidence, that this facility is a 5 in all categories. We looked at numerous communities and found this one to be the best fit for our loved one. It has changed ownership recently (now CareOne). The only concern I've had is lack of communication/follow through which may be in part due to the change in ownership.
We are at peace that we made a good decision that we placed my loved one in a good place. We could have not done better we found a really good community for her to reside in. They have activities at this community like interactive games with the residents, music activities, they bring in pets for the residents to visit with and more for the residents to do to stay busy in the community. We liked Symphony and everything that we saw during our tour, but I do not think they wanted my loved one because they never called us back.

We moved my loved one here from another place where she kept falling and wasn't receiving the care that she was being charged for. So Symphony at Cherry Hill has been a vast improvement. The staff is very friendly. And the facility itself is very good as well.

We had a great tour with Symphony and they spent a lot of time with us. We felt it was too restrictive and our loved one was not at that point yet.

We chose Symphony because of the convenient location, the size of the rooms, and the cleanliness of the facility. The value for the money was also reasonable compared to others we had looked into. It was overall a good experience, there were a few communication hiccups between the staff members. They were very reactive, if there was an issue they resolved it immediately and notified us when needed. I would absolutely recommend to others looking.

So far our loved one has had no complaints about the meals and dining so we assume they are pretty good. They do have some activities going on for those who want to participate, our loved one did go on a bus ride the other day. We know our loved one is well looked after there.
