We chose Symphony because of the convenient location, the size of the rooms, and the cleanliness of the facility. The value for the money was also reasonable compared to others we had looked into. It was overall a good experience, there were a few communication hiccups between the staff members. They were very reactive, if there was an issue they resolved it immediately and notified us when needed. I would absolutely recommend to others looking.

So far our loved one has had no complaints about the meals and dining so we assume they are pretty good. They do have some activities going on for those who want to participate, our loved one did go on a bus ride the other day. We know our loved one is well looked after there.

I wish I would have found this community sooner. They truly care about the residents and really understand memory loss and memory care. I would recommend this community to others based on my experience.

We not only like the personality of the care staff, but as well as the executive team. The directors, sales, marketing and business manager have all been nothing short of outstanding as far as communication. They answer any questions we may have and respond in a timely manner. Also the receptionist who handles all of the scheduling is great. Everyone there knows all of the residents names and their personalities and interests.

We are having a little bit of trouble with the billing department which has been frustrating. We first toured virtually, and it is a newer facility so what we were able to see it was clean and seemed modern. Over the phone when we have spoke with the staff members they have all been very pleasant and cooperative, it has been a good experience so far. My loved one was only in the community and we were only able to visit three times prior to COVID. The community did their best to allow virtual visits at different times. This was difficult due to the medical condition and us not being able to see him in person. My loved one fell multiple times. I believe a couple of his falls could have been avoided, had the staff being more attentive. The residents let the staff know both times of the big falls when my loved one fell. [Name removed] was an excellent host; we appreciated the information she shared and the time she spent with us. Symphony is a brand new facility (currently 9 mo old). The building is very attractive, resident rooms are spacious, the ratio of caregivers to residents it good, the list of activities is varied, the food ir given high marks, and the other amenities seem very good. My brother has a friend whose wheelchair bound father is very happy here.

We called ahead to let [name removed] know we were running late and she was very gracious. She greeted us with fruit and cookies when we arrived. It was hard for my sister to conceptualize the facility since we only had room layouts and photos. My nephew and I were a little disappointed that all levels of dementia would be together I know that many families are reluctant to place someone earlier in their dementia and I think this could make the transition more difficult for my sister. [Removed], the executive director, met with us at the near site office. Symphony is still under construction and set to be open at the end of June. We are excited to see things come together and will be putting a deposit down in the coming week. We will be visiting other assisted living and memory care locations operated by the same Milestone Retirement to see what the facilities are and how the facilities have been maintained at those locations.
