We picked this community because: 1. All the staff is trained & practice the Teepa Snow method of caregiving. 2. Dementia patients are segregated by their cognitive levels on different floors. 3. Each room is identical & spacious & individual thermostat. 4. Care aid to patient ratio. 5. A nurse practitioner on site 24/7. 6. The facility is large, bright & spacious. 7. When it comes to the activities this could be more because my mom doesn't participate much(her choice most of the time). The director [name removed] and [name removed], the head of nursing have been amazing to us. They are caring and compassionate and really have gotten to know my mom and her needs. Based on the experience we have had so far, we would absolutely recommend Harmony Village to other families.

Harmony Village gets 10 stars across the board, they were incredibly kind, professional and just the whole 9 yards. The head of the memory care unit [name removed] was very well trained and on top of it. From the moment our loved one arrived there she greeted her and walked her through the whole process. It was night and day in terms of the experience and care she received at another community. Based on our experience with Harmony Village CareOne community we would recommend them to other families.

I was so impressed with the kindness & care that was shown to my mom while she resided at Care One of Hanover. I have 20 years of personal experience working with Seniors however it is completely different being a family member and trying to find the best place for mom. I will say you need to be aware that this facility is brand new, there are some glitches and they are working on it and get people into the facility. The staff has been wonderful and ironing out all the kinks.

I toured the community for my mother. The staff was very kind and the building is brand new. The dining room and resident areas are beautiful. They have a courtyard for the residents and families to use. Overall a great experience and I am happy we found such a wonderful community in Morris County for seniors with memory care needs.

I toured this community and was overall not impressed. Everything told to us seemed scripted or made to feel you are getting some deal. The setup reminds me of a hospital rather than an assisted living. The place smelled good which is how it should be. Staff did not look very happy, were on their phones, and the administrator has a very negative presence. We felt very uncomfortable.

The facility has potential, but room sizes are very small, although you are told they are never in them. Food is decent, but never seems to be on time. The administrator is rude to both families and staff, regularly ignores family concerns, lacks empathy or motivation on wanting to do make this a better place. Everything is a sales pitch and promised to you just to get your money. The facility has seemed to experience a high turnover of staff which is concerning for both residents and loved ones for consistency.
