I was disappointed with my PA. It was on 9/29/21. I don't know if covid 19 protocol or not, she came inside, stood near the door while I am sitting on a chair about 6 feet from her. She didn't come near or touch me the whole time as I explained her of my back pain and knee pain. There was lack of tenderness, sterile. (My daughter helped me translated my experience.)
Everyone at the Hartford Hospital Pain Treatment Center seemed to be genuinely concerned about my pain. This is something I have not always felt when seeing a physician and is something I really value.
Good, the staff was very professional, and friendly.
My visit with Dana was great. She always shows genuine Interest in my problem and takes the time to discuss options for treatment.
Prompt appointment time, and swift appointments.
Everything went well. The physician was capable and kind. The pain is mostly in my hip. But I still can have pain in the front of my right thigh.
I showed up in pain that I've had for 2 years. I left pain free!! The injections hurt way more than I thought, but worth it! Everyone there is professional and caring and really took good care of me. I can't praise them enough!!
Went well all my questions were answered.
Positive experience, professional staff, kind and procedure very well with ver good result.
