Awful experience I have been going through a refinance for over 2 months and it's still not resolved. The communication is very poor. Everytime I think things are moving in the right direction they come back and ask for more paperwork. It's ridiculous and I'm over it.
Do NOT waist your time Top Flite Financial specifically advertise and states they will help with low credit scores. They take all your information and then run your credit (putting a ding on your credit) and then deny you. So now your credit is worse for believing in what the tell you.
Refinance Met the three requirements and paid for appraisal, after getting the run around for 3 months.. I was told that for would have to wait another 12 months... My opinion, don't tell a customer that everything looks fine.. Have them pay $645.00 for an appraisal, that doesn't mean shit.. Simply solution would be having the appraisal after the initial visit with underwriter..
Bad EXPERIENCE... The entire process waste of time and my money. Can't explain how disappointed with the process and Top Flite couldn't care of one bit.
Waste of everyone's time It was of everyone time. You have to have the remodel complete before you can get a remodel loan. It was a waste of time.
I think k they are a waste of time. After filling out an application I received several text messages and set a time for them to call. No body called and I have received no further communication from them.
Complete waste of time and hope I actually brushed off so many other lenders because I thought Top Flite would really work out and then when I e finally connected… one question and it was “We can’t help you and no one else will either!” Have a nice day! I have a ton of equity in my home and it should be simple. They gave me the run around and then shut it down instantly. Very disappointed
Bad experience After countless efforts in trying to communicate amicably with Top Flite Financial for a full refund, due to an error made by Top Flite, they are now trying to negotiate by requesting for me to remove the bad review I had previously posted. Only then will they return my refund. I will now make a formal complaint to the BBB as I do not believe it is lawful to withhold my refund based on an honest review.
Oh so slow……. A reference of my house took four months! I was ask to submit the same documents numerous times. I felt that I did most of the work, ie, contacting the IRS for income verification and companies to get payoff amounts.
