Two weeks and counting I filled out an application with a loan officer two weeks ago. Since then I have emailed and tried to call several times and all I get is crickets. Nothing. No updates. No we can’t do your refi. Nothing. Very disappointing.

STRING ALONGS In February 2020 my husband was applying for mortgage. Top Flite was 3rd company he applied to. The first 2 indicated he needed to pay off his $1300 CC debt, Top Flite stated nothing of such but that he would need to wait till Sept to meet the Overtime rule. Week later Jay msged back stating that my husband's overtime from out of country could be used and send everything we had. THEY DON'T STOP CALLING! I simply inquired about a loan and OMG they called me 7 times in 24 hours, as well as texted me and emailed me non-stop. Even after I told them not to they continued. I will NEVER do business with these people who don't know the difference between follow-up and HARASSMENT! When I finally called back at their office (772********** and told them to stop calling or I would make a formal complaint the girl I talked to became very sarcastic and rude. I gave one star but wanted to give zero.
AWFUL EXPERIENCE we started using this company in august of 2018 to get a home equity loan out on our house it has been nothing but a huge headache from missing paperwork to constantly pushing our closing dates months after months. It is now January 2020 we still have yet to close on our loan. we have okay credit and both work great jobs. there was not a problem getting approved for this loan. Worst Experience Ever!! After speaking with Andrew in his condescending tone and very disrespectful attitude toward the points that I raised was disgusting!!! Whenever I addressed a concern this guy actually laughed at me. I would hope that he never treats anyone that way again!!! He is definitely bad for business!!! I’m only giving one star because I had to choose. However, I wouldn’t give him any!!
Run my credit no authorization given This company call me offering me rates, told them 3 times not to run my credit, im not ready to do anything yet, call ended next thing i know hard pull om my credit.

Why have pre qualification? Horrible. Got pre qualified and you guys made me jump through hoops and spend money on appraisals , repairs etc just to say at the end that I didn’t qualify. Nothing at all had changed from start of loan til end of loan regarding my status. That’s what pre qualification should be for right. Well went with another lender and they got the loan done that you guys couldn’t. Waste of time and money.
