Promises not delivered In November 2018 inquired about refinancing my primary home loan. My primary mortgage company was eager to help with the refi and promised a quick/easy process (close by the end of the year - no origination fee - no appraisal fee .. but FHA financing which included MPI fee). Beware Dealing with top flite overall was ok, they ordered the appraisal and the guy was a jerk. He listed the wrong home on my property as the main home, Long story short that ended up lowering my property value significantly.
Bait and Switch On December 19th I began shopping refinance loans through Lending Tree. The best offer I received was from Top Flite. I spent nearly an hour on the phone with the representative going over what I wanted from this loan, which was to pay off about $32,500 in debt and get $15,000 in cash back.
