Had to make some lat minute plans for a Spring Brunch in Atlanta and haven fit the bill. Excellent food with appropriate portions, and the ladies sure liked those drinks. Was a bit understaffed so Mgmt stepped in for the assist as the staff had too many tables for too few folks. Everyone really enjoyed it and and we will be back for sure.
Haven is a great neighborhood bar and restaurant. they play great music, sometimes they have live music as well. food is great, drinks are solid.. wish they had a better wine list.. they should share wine lists with their cousin at Valenza. More options better pricing.. but overall Haven is and should be on everyone's go to spot for a great time.
Service was outstanding despite the fact that the restaurant was packed out for Valentine's day. Beef tenderloin and scallops were delicious. Garlic spinach and potato gratin were very good. I would not recommend the grilled caesar salad. The lettuce was so tough that I had difficulty cutting it with a knife.
I love this little restaurant tucked back in the neighborhood! I love the decor - its warm and cozy. The food was delicious and our waiters were so nice. If I lived in Atlanta I think I would go weekly! So glad I found you!!
When asking where should we go for brunch, my sister without hesitation suggested Haven. I had not been there before so I looked up the menu online and it looked like a great menu. So I made reservations and after arriving, I was pleasantly surprised by the entire experience- from management, hostess, waiter and especially food. The beignets were awesome. Brunch was so good, I will go back again, as well as for dinner.
Pretty setting but it was loud and difficult to hear. We ordered a couple appetizers and several different entrees that were all delicious. But service in general was poor and very slow. Our server brought us the wrong appetizer and neglected our table for long periods. Waiting on dessert alone took a good 30 minutes. And after we finished, it was clear that they wanted us to leave in a hurry. The server collected our signed check and the hostess stood over our table until we got up.
First time here. One of the best filet that I have ever had...and they did it Pittsburgh style exactly as requested. The service was perfect. The noise level was a little higher than I would have liked but the Stags Leap Cab made amends.
Best scallops I ever ate- ordered them without the bacon and were they Special.
I am rarely out ordered by my husband, but I was when her ordered the snapper. OMG, it was tender, flavorful, and the skin has the exact crispness... I wished I had ordered it. But my crab leg special was perfect so I didn't feel too bad. The staff is great. They quietly went about delivering food, refilling water (and if you drink a lot of it, it means you are not forever trying to find someone to fill it.), They pay attention to details such as an empty plate or fresh utensils. I felt very spoiled - like I was royalty.
