Wonderful food, service, and overall experience.
We visited Haven for the first time over the weekend. In general, it was a great experience. Everything we had at our table was very delicious. My only negative was that I wish the server had told us the cost of the evening specials.... I was a bit shocked with the bill arrived. I would recommend Haven for someone looking for a special place to enjoy a romantic meal or celebrate with a group.
We haven't eaten here much since they opened and we were delighted with our experience. The yellow gazpacho was fabulous as well as the scallops and trout special. We were happy with our desserts as well..peach and blackberry crisp as well as crime brûlée.
Service was rushed and too noisy
Squash blossoms and rabbit pot pie!! Hard to beat food with excellent service. The yellow tomato soup is a favorite too.
May be our new favorite restaurant. Our party of four tried three different appetizers, four different entrees and one dessert and each of us said we would have that item again. Every bite was delicious. Special praise for the Heirloom Yellow Tomato Gazpacho and the Soft Shell Crab appetizers. The pork chop and the scallops were both outstanding. Atmosphere on the patio was both lovely and relaxed. We would highly recommend Haven and will eat here again.
