This restaurant is truly special. Somehow they have found a way to create food that is delightfully creative while still being instinctively familiar. At every bite, you know at your core that this is how food should always be. Coupled with a wait staff that can expertly guide you through the menu and wine parings, you can't go wrong here. Bravo Haven!
Enjoyed my time at Haven - the cheese platter had enough selection and amount to be able to experience each cheese several times. The Georgia trout was delicious - great portion size, flaky and moist. Service was on point.
Haven is tucked away in a little neighborhood development near Brookhaven. I prefer it for dinner over brunch because the brunch menu is pretty limited. The prices are very reasonable for brunch, so we were able to experiment with different sides (awesome grits) without running the tab up. The BLT is very good as well as the salmon entree.
Great atmosphere and neighborhood vibe. Kind of like a Virginia-Highlands restaurant in a more accessible Brookhaven area. Nice outdoor terrace for dining, great food (a more varied menu than its next-door partner restaurant, Valenza). Highly recommend!
This was a much better experience than on my previous visit about 3 years ago. The bartender was outstanding and had a friendly and knowledgable personality. Service for dinner was good. Food was good but not spectacular. The menu is a bit pricey.
The duck appetizer & the tenderloin were both wonderful. That being said, the chicken & pork chop(although both were very flavorful) were overdone & somewhat dry. Loved all the reclaimed wood used in the unique decor. Very creative way to decorate.
Nice and relaxing patio for lunch. Egg dishes were tasty, but with pricey wines by the glass it makes for an expensive breakfast.

Our first trip to Haven was an outstanding experience. Their menu was easy to navigate with a number of entree variations to please most all palates. Try their Truffle Haystack fries for an appetizer and Pumpkin Doughnuts with Cinnamon Buttermilk Ice Cream for dessert. We had their salmon, scallops, and double pork chop entrees and all were excellent.
